Building Stronger Communities
We put the neighbor in neighborhood.

Our Mission

Partnering with underrepresented communities to build healthy, sustainable, and equitable neighborhoods through education, housing development, empowerment, and advocacy.

Our Vision

One voice, one goal, one homeowner, one home at a time.

Our Values

We’re united with our communities to create wildly successful homeowners by making simple and impactful changes to the mindset of equitable ownership and housing sustainability.

Our Services

We offer housing counseling for pre-purchasing, post-purchasing, foreclosure prevention, and renting. We also offer affordable housing options and self-help housing developments in limited quantities. Our HUD-certified housing counselors can provide you with an action plan tailored to your unique financial situation and homeownership goals.
