Denounce with righteous indignation & dislike men who are so beguiled and demoralized by the charms of pleasure of the moment so blinded by desire that they cannot foresee the pain.
Our goal is to build stronger communities, and by stronger we mean: Healthy, Sustainable, and Equitable
Communities are sustainable when local leaders are organized and when the community is a part of the power structure that makes decisions that impact that community. In sustainable communities, not only are the individuals and families living there stable and thriving, but the community as a whole has a voice that is heard and respected by elected officials and local and State agencies. This organization and the community voice ensures that the community will remain strong for years, decades and generations to come.

An under represented community is one that through generations has been denied access to key resources like education, employment, and housing.
NeighborWorks Sacramento is a CDFI and provides Down Payment Assistance Loans to help cover these expenses, making your dream of homeownership a reality!
If you can’t find it, build it! Under our USDA Mutual Self-Help Housing program, families help build the homes they are purchasing. Your labor is known as sweat equity.
Our two seasonal markets provide fresh, local, and affordable foods to families who may otherwise struggle to put food on the table. We have more than 40 vendors
We believe that homeownership is one of the most powerful tools for building strong communities. We have a whole team of professional housing counselors ready to work with you, one-on-one.
