    Lauretta Casimir-Mahoney
    Chief Executive Officer | President

    As a Mortgage Loan Originator (The Queen of Finance) and Real Estate Professional, for over twenty years, I have been fortunate to have a front row seat to the power of homeownership.

    My commitment to NeighborWorks and the communities we serve, is rooted in my desire to see every family, create legacy, abundance, and generational wealth. Brick by brick, family by family; we as an organization, contribute to making homeownership and wealth building dreams a reality.

    As a military veteran, with laser focus on systems, programming, procedure implementation and execution, I lead our team of dedicated professionals with grit and grace.

    Together we are the foundation of what California needs to create lasting housing sustainability. We look forward to serving you.
